Being the first generation of immigrants themselves, the company founder Rebecca and Paul fully understand the hardships of immigrants are experiencing. Almost every single Chinese immigrants has the experience of cultural shock in work place, everyday life, parenting and social life. Most people find that when they come to a foreign country their social network becomes smaller and don’t know where to seek help. Whenever they need help from professional experts, due to limited English level, they tend to delay and miss the best time to solve the problem. At the end it is always too late to do anything. We feel the same. Therefore, after attending related training courses provided by westerner many years ago, we decided to combine them with Chinese culture, targeting on common problems that Chinese immigrants come across, and promoting a set of training courses that’s suitable for immigrated Chinese. This course has now helped many people resolved problems on parenting, career and family issues.
